Step 1: Create Video

Goal:

Create a vertical social-media video (9:16), 30–45 seconds long, based on the slides and instructions generated in Step 1.

All required assets (slides, motion clips, music) are provided in the shared folder.

1. Use the campaign's slides

  • Insert all slides in the order specified in the Video Instruction section.
  • Follow all second-based timing given there (e.g., 0–3s: Slide 1, 3–8s: Slide 2).
  • Apply the described transitions (fade-in, zoom-in, highlight animations, etc.).

2. Add Motion Clips

  • The Video Instruction defines exactly which clip to use (filename), during which second range it should appear, and how it should animate or overlay.
  • Motion footage may come from the provided motion clip folder, OR Envato Elements if additional clips are needed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Rules for Stock Video (Envato)

When selecting additional stock videos:

  • The footage must match a Central European look.

    Avoid:

    • US-style offices
    • non-EU architecture
    • unrealistic staged corporate acting
  • Always add the search keyword "German" in Envato

    Examples:

    • "German office meeting"
    • "German manufacturing workers"
    • "German warehouse team"
  • The visual tone must be:
    • natural lighting
    • authentic workplace environments
    • neutral European clothing styles

If unsure: choose neutral, realistic, European-looking workplace footage.

3. Add the Music Track

  • The freelancer must not choose music.
  • Use exactly the track specified in the "Video Music" field.
  • The file is already provided in the shared music folder.

4. Add the Voice-Over

  • Use the Speaker Text exactly as written.
  • It is already optimized for spoken German.
  • Ensure the timing aligns with the actions and slide changes defined in the Video Instruction.

5. Timing

  • Final video length must be 30–45 seconds.
  • Follow the instruction's timing strictly.
  • If adjustments are required, keep them minimal (±0.5 seconds).

6. Export

  • Format: MP4 (H.264)
  • Resolution: 1080 × 1920 (9:16 vertical)
  • Quality: clean, no watermarks
  • File name format:

    {campaign-name}_video_v1.

Video Instruction

Write a numbered list in German with clear second ranges (e.g. 0–3s, 3–7s, 7–11s). Reference slides by number (Title, Slide 2–4) and mention exact motion clip filenames from the provided footage folder where appropriate. One video sequence should have around 7-8 video and graphic pieces, with 3-4 seconds per scene. All 4 slides (Title, Slide 2, Slide 3, Slide 4) must be shown within the video. Total video length: about 30–45 seconds.

Video Music

The actual audio files with these moods are available in the linked music folder. The JSON should only store the selected mood string.

Speaker Text (Text-to-Speech)

German voice-over script for a 30–45 second video. Aim for about 70–90 words, written exactly as it should be spoken (no bullet points, natural spoken language).
